重庆2025年中级会计职称考试报名简章公布，报名日期6月12日9:00至7月2日12:00，详细情况如下：

ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">依据全国会计专业技术考试领导小组办公室《关于2025年度全国会计专业技术资格考试日程安排及有关事情的公告》（会考〔2024〕3号），现将我市2025年度会计专业技术中级资格考试（以下简称会计中级资格考试）报名有关事情公告如下：
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">1、报名要求
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（一）报名参加会计中级资格考试的职员（以下简称考试报名职员），应拥有下列基本条件：
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">1.遵守《中国会计法》和国家统一的会计规范等法律法规；
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">2.拥有好的职业道德，无紧急违反财经纪律的行为；
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">3.热爱会计工作，拥有相应的会计专业常识和业务技能。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（二）考试报名职员，除拥有基本条件外，还需要拥有下列条件之1、
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">1.拥有大学专科学历，从事会计工作满5年。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">2.拥有大学本科学历或学士学位，从事会计工作满4年。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">3.拥有第二学士学位或研究生班毕业，从事会计工作满2年。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">4.拥有硕士学位，从事会计工作满1年。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">5.拥有博士学位。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">6.通过全国统一考试，获得经济、统计、审计专业技术中级资格。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（三）本公告所述学历或学位，是指经国家教育行政部门认同的学历或学位。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（四）本公告所述第二学士学位，是指依据《国家教育委员会国家计划委员会财政部关于印发〈高等学校培养第二学士学位生的试行方法〉》（（87）教计字105号）的规定，大学毕业并获得学士学位的职员，经过设有第二学士学位专业的高等学校组织的资格审察与入学考试、考核，择优录取入学，经过两年的时间，修完规定课程，经考试合格，获得毕业和授与学士学位者。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（五）本公告所述会计工作，是指财政部《会计职员管理方法》（财会〔2018〕33号）中明确的具领会计工作。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（六）本公告所述有关会计工作年限，截止日期为2025年12月31日；在校生借助空闲时间勤工助学不视为正式从事会计工作，相应时间不计入会计工作年限；参加中级资格考试工作年限为获得规定学历前后从事会计工作时间的总和。外籍职员在境外的会计从业历程，可计入从事会计工作年限。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（七）获得国务院教育行政部门认同的境内会计硕士专业学位、会计博士专业学位的职员，考试报名会计专业资格考试可免试《财务管理》科目。申请免试者应在考试报名期间通过全国会计职员统一服务管理平台提交中级会计职称考试免试申请。经审核确认后，可以免试。
2024年度已提交免试申请并经审核确认的职员，不需要第三申请。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（八）凡从事会计工作或具备会计专业技术职称的职员考试报名会计中级资格考试，应按国家和我市会计职员继续教育的有关规定，完成相应年限的继续教育学习。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">2、考试考哪几科与大纲
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（一）考试考哪几科
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">1.会计中级资格考试考哪几科包含《中级会计实务》、《财务管理》、《经济法》。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">2.考试报名职员
应在连续2个考试年度内通过全部科目的考试，方可获得中级资格证书。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（二）考试概要
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">用全国会计专业技术资格考试领导小组办公室拟定的2025年度会计专业技术中级资格考试概要。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">3、考试时间及考务日程安排
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（一）考试时间
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">会计中级资格考试于2025年9月6日至8日举行，共3个批次，各科目具体考试时间如下：

ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">1.4月11近日，重庆财政局官方网站“重庆会计之家”栏目（http：//czj.gov.cn/bsfw_268/）公布我市2025年度会计中级资格考试考哪几科、考试时间、报名时间、报名方法等考试有关事情。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">2.6月12日至7月2日，组织拓展2025年度会计中级资格考试重庆考区报名工作。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">3.8月12近日，公布全市会计中级资格考试准考证网上打印起止时间。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">4.9月6日至8日，组织全市各考区拓展会计中级资格考试工作。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">5.十月31近日，财政部在“全国会计职员统一服务管理平台”（http：//ausm.mof.gov.cn/index/）公布考试成绩。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">4、报名地址和考试知识点设置
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（一）报名地址
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">1.符合报名要求的在职在岗职员按属地原则在其工作单位所在地报名；符合报名要求的在校学生，在其学籍所在地报名；符合报名要求的别的人员，在其户籍所在地或居住地报名。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">2.符合报名要求的香港、澳门和台湾居民，根据就近便捷原则在中国大陆报名。在中国境内有工作单位的，在其工作单位所在地报名；为境内在校学生在其学籍所在地报名；别的人员在其境内居住地报名。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（二）考试知识点设置
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">所有考试报名职员，均在重庆辖区内考试知识点参加考试。全市考试知识点将依据考试报名状况和现有考区状况统筹安排设置。考试知识点、考场和考试时间编排由财政部考试编场系统自动生成，考试报名职员不可以自行选择和调整。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">5、报名、审核及交费步骤
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（一）报名前信息采集需要
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">1.考试报名职员均应于2025年7月2日12：00之前，登录全国会计职员统一服务管理平台进行注册和信息采集。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">2.考试报名职员采集信息时，应严格根据系统规定提交居民身份证明（香港、澳门、台湾居民应提交本人有效身份证明，外籍职员应提交有效护照等）、学历或学位证书或有关专业技术证书、工作历程有关证明材料等。各区县财政局对采集信息进行人工审核。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">3.会计中级资格考试报名将自动调取信息采集数据并进行报名要求审核。未按需要准时、真实、准确、完整填报或上传证件、证明资料所引起的有关后果，由考试报名职员自行负责。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">4.考试报名职员报名时须用标准证件数字照片，如不按需要提供照片引起的后果由考生自行负责。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">5.考试报名条件关联审核存疑的考试报名职员，须按需要携带报名所需资料到报名区县财政局进行现场审核，健全职员信息采集有关信息后方可报名。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（二）报名、审核及交费方法
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">1.会计中级资格考试在“全国会计职员统一服务管理平台”上报名、审核资格和交费。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">2.2025年度我市会计中级资格考试的在线报名和交费起始时间为2025年6月12日9时整，报名截止时间为7月2日12时整；交费截止时间为7月2日18时整。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">3.完成在线缴费方为报名成功。考试报名职员应准时查看报名、审核和交费状况。未在规定时间内报名并完成交费的考试报名职员，不具备参加考试的资格。交费成功职员不可以办理退费。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">4.考试报名职员如对报名或交费状况有异议，须在报名及交费时间截止首要条件出复核申请，逾期将不受理有关申请。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">6、交费标准
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（一）会计中级资格考试费用标准
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">依据重庆进步和改革委员会《关于调整我市会计专业技术资格考试收费的公告》（渝发改收费〔2023〕1148号）文件规定，2025年会计中级资格考试报名为每个人每科76元。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">（二）考试报名职员可在微信或支付宝的电子票夹微信小程序查看、打印交费票据。
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">7、报名信息修改
ntsize="normal" setedaria="true">在提交审核前，考试报名职员如发现报名信息有误，可在网上自行修改；审核通过后，考试报名职员已填写信息不可以在网上自行修改。如确须修改的，考试报名职员须在报名结束时间前携带本人身份证及有关资料到重庆财政局政务服务大厅申请修改（地址：渝北区洪湖西路1号，电话：023-63216182）。
