CFA is a recognized high-level certificate in the financial investment industry in the United States and around the world, as well as a necessary certificate for financial analysis practitioners in heavyweight financial institutions in the United States. In 2006, the Financial Times compared the CFA professional qualification to the gold standard for investment professionals. It is a professional qualification title in the securities investment and management industry, and also one of the high value certificates recommended by the Peoples Daily.
CFA Exam Attendance
1) Candidates are required to arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for the exam.
2) The examination staff will receive candidates and inform them how to store personal belongings.
3) The invigilator will check the candidates identification documents. Candidates need to ensure that the name on their ID matches the name displayed on their CFA Institute account and has not expired on the day of the exam.
4) The examination room will provide draft paper and pens.
5) Candidates can bring calculators allowed for the CFA exam into the venue, and the invigilator will check the calculators.
6) The invigilator will guide the candidate to sit down in front of the assigned computer, and the candidate will start the exam.
CFA Exam Begins
1) Candidates are required to read and agree to the Candidate Pledge.
2) Enter the computer exam simulation interface and familiarize yourself with the usage of computer exam software; If the candidate is already familiar with the use of computer-based exam software, they can also skip this section.
3) First half exam: Level 1 is 2 hours and 15 minutes, while Level 2 and Level 3 are 2 hours and 12 minutes.
4) Before the end of the first half of the exam, candidates need to confirm their answers and submit them; Please note that once the answers are submitted, the first half of the exam will end and candidates will not be able to return to fill out the questions again.
5) Voluntary rest time of 30 minutes; Candidates can also skip voluntary rest periods. This 30 minute period cannot be counted as exam time.
6) Second half exam: Level 1 is 2 hours and 15 minutes, while Level 2 and Level 3 are 2 hours and 12 minutes.
7) Before the end of the second half of the exam, candidates need to confirm and submit their answers; As in the first half of the exam, once the answers are submitted, the second half of the exam ends and candidates cannot return to fill out the questions again.
8) Candidates complete the exam experience questionnaire.
9) The exam is over.
