1. Wait for Prometric to send again
72 hours prior to the candidate's appointment for the exam, Prometric will resend the latest exam confirmation letter via email to donotreply prometric. It is recommended that candidates add this email address to the whitelist first to avoid emails being mistakenly intercepted by spam software or entering the trash can.
2. Log in to the Prometric system to send
Candidates can also log in to the Prometric official website and apply to resend the exam confirmation letter. The application process is as follows:
(1) Enter the Prometric official website at: https://proscheduler.prometric.com/
(2) Find the "/confirm/iation/Receipt" option and click to enter;
(3) Enter the confirmation number and the first 4 letters of the formal pinyin for the confirmation letter;
